NRG Health & Fitness Club in Bohermore, Galway are organising their second charity Indoor Relay Triathlon on Friday March 13. Teams of three will take part in relay with one person to swim, one to cycle and one to run simultaneously.
The distances are 400 metre swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run. It’s free to register a team, but is limited to a maximum of 30 teams. Each team who registers are asked to raise, donate, or be sponsored at least €50 for Jigsaw Galway.
“We are really excited about this indoor team relay triathlon and to also be supporting such a wonderful charity as Jigsaw Galway” said Niall Browne, Director of NRG Health & Fitness, “This indoor relay triathlon challenge is open to both members and non-members of NRG”.

Jigsaw Galway is a free and confidential service which supports the mental health and well-being of young people (aged 15 – 25 ) living in Galway city and county. Jigsaw also provides advice and guidance to anyone concerned about a young person in their life.
