Chieftains’ Matt Molloy @ Monroe’s Live

THE CHIEFTAINS’ Matt Molloy and London-Irish fiddle great John Carty - both winners of the TG4 Musician of the Year Award - play Monroe’s Live on Tuesday January 27.

Matt Molloy is one of the greatest Irish trad flutes players. As well as being a key member of The Chieftains, he also played with The Bothy Band and Planxty. John Carty has released three solo fiddle albums, but he is also an accomplished flautist, banjo player, and guitarist. He has played festivals throughout Europe, North America, and Australasia. They will be joined by Irish guitar legend Arty McGlynn and Brian McGrath.
