IAMSOLD Property Auctions held its first Connacht Property Auction on November 14 2013, when 22 of the 27 properties offered were sold successfully. Since then the company has seen phenomenal growth and is fast becoming one of the major auction providers in Ireland.
The Galway based firm, which also operates the Munster Property Auction in Cork, is now working in partnership with more than 80 auctioneers in Ireland – making it the fastest growing property network in the country. After the success of that first auction in Galway, the company has held a further eight auctions during 2014, four in Connacht and another four in Munster. Each auction has offered between 20 and 30 properties and the auctions have had an impressive 86 per cent success rate overall.
