O’Donnellan & Joyce will bring to conclusion the busiest year for selling properties by public auction tomorrow (Friday December 12 ) at 11am in the Harbour Hotel when more than 50 properties will be for sale by public auction.
Anne Harding, co-ordinator for O’Donnellan & Joyce’s auction, describes the list of properties to go under the hammer as “exceptional”.
This all day auction will comprise mainly investments in the morning and private homes in the afternoon.
