Ability Westis to hold a new and unique murder mystery dinner fundraiser event taking place on November 27 at the Clayton Hotel. Providing the entertainment is Murder on the Menu, Ireland’s fastest growing murder mystery entertainment company.
The show entitled Faulty Towers- The Murder Mystery takes place over a threecourse meal with small breaks in between and is performed by five professional laugh-out-loud characters who will undoubtedly have the audience on the edge of their seat. Basil, Sybil, Manuel and Rosie Pedals are all back to help solve the murder at Faulty Towers, Murder on the Menu began in Galway City in June 2013 and performs to audiences from all over Ireland.
Entrepreneur Bruce Henry of Oranmore, the creator of the entertainment company says he’s thrilled to be working with such an important communitybased organisation.
“Since our inception, it’s been our goal to use our show as a way to help other groups raise funds for their organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our new show and for Ability West to raise some very important funds so they can continue to further their work and help others” says Mr Henry.
“Ability West has always operated a busy fundraising programme and we are very appreciative of the time and generosity of our many supporters. This year we wanted to offer something different and we think this is going to be a great opportunity for us” says Cathal Ryan, Fundraising and Community Development officer. “We’re really excited!”
All of the funds raised will go towards purchasing a minibus for Ability West’s Supported Living Apartments in Tuam.
This will enable all of the service users to participate fully in community activities not only around Tuam but also around Galway City and County.
The night includes a three-course meal and of course the murder mystery show.
