LUAN PARLE, the Meteor Award winning singer-songwriter is coming to Galway on Friday November 28 to play an intimate acoustic set, upstairs in the Róisín Dubh.
Luan, best known for her top 10 hit single ‘Ghost’, will play songs from across her career, as well as material from her forthcoming EP. Hotpress has described Luan’s music as “a glossy blend of contemporary/alt. country, folk, pop & rock” while the Evening Herald called her “one of the most exciting singers to emerge from Ireland, or any other country for that matter!” Check out one of her newset songs, 'Day Is Done':
For the show she will be accompanied by Clive Barnes. Harry Guiren called him “a guitarist who can make one acoustic sound like six”, while the Boston Globe praised him as “an incendiary live performer”.
Doors are at 8pm. Admission is €12.
