Arrabawn offers a training session with Robbie Henshaw

Hot on the heels from his outstanding performance against the South African Springboks, Arrabawn Dairies is offering local rugby teams and schools the chance to win a masterclass lesson with Irish rugby star Robbie Henshaw. There will be at least four winning teams picked for the training sessions with Robbie Henshaw and during the competition Arrabawn will also be giving away signed rugby balls through their Facebook page www.facebook.com/arrabawndairies What better way to celebrate the most important meal of the day than by encouraging customers to accompany breakfast with locally produced Arrabawn milk, no matter what your breakfast choice is, just three servings of milk or milk products per day can have a positive impact on health and disease prevention.

Research has found that milk and milk products may help in the preven tion of osteoporosis, can reduce cardiovascular disease, decrease incidence of colon cancer, decrease insulin resistance (diabetes ) and help with weight management.

Athletes such as Robbie Henshaw drink Arrabawn milk as their post-exercise recovery drink and its unique combination of ingredients provides great benefits.

Cormac Sinnott, Commercial Manager, Arrabawn Dairies said, “We are focusing on health, nutrition and exercise for the next 12 months as these topics are something we are all more conscious about. Robbie is an integral player with Connacht Rugby and a key member of the Irish squad, especially after last Saturday’s game, so we feel he is the perfect ambassador for the Arrabawn brand.”
