JCI Galway are celebrating after being awarded the title of Best Branch in Ireland at the JCI Ireland National Convention which was held at the Cork International Airport Hotel.
JCI branches from across Ireland and delegates from Sweden, England and Scotland attended the awards which took place after a gala dinner.
“We were absolutely delighted to win the Best Branch in Ireland and also an award for last year’s GYE project. It was a great achievement and recognition for all the hard work our members have put in over the past year,” said Garry Lohan, JCI Galway President.
Galway also had a national prize winner at the Friendly Business Awards when McCambridge’s won the best Digital Experience award. It was straight back to work for the JCI volunteers who are busy organising this year’s Galway Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
