The Gorta Self Help Africa charity dinner will take place on Friday November 14 in the Hotel Meyrick, with all funds going to the charity’s development programmes in 12 countries in Africa
The evening will begin with a champagne reception at 7.30pm followed by a four course dinner. Tickets cost €70 or €650 for a table of 10.
This smart casual event will feature Pa Shiels and Morecowbell playing classic hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, promising to satisfy every musical taste and provide an evening of great music and dance. There will also be spot prizes on the night.
Gorta Self Help Africa is currently working in 12 African countries, providing much needed nutrition and food programmes, agriculture programmes, education, entrepreneurial skills, and water and sanitation facilities to many rural communities throughout the continent.
