Mustard restaurant has relocated from Middle Street to its new home in the space in The Bridge Mills building.
The restaurant is now open for business in its new location and serving gourmet burgers and pizzas, coffee, and salads. The restaurant has outdoor decking and the unique feature of the actual spinning mill visible through a glass partition in the dining room.
Mustard owners Jason O’Connell and Niall Walsh are also the team behind the Cottage Bars in Lower Salthill and Moycullen and The Salthouse on Ravens Terrace.
