PAUL BYRNE, the former drummer and songwriter with 1980s Irish band In Tua Nua plays the Galway Fringe Festival this week, while his new album is free to download.
Byrne plays The Victoria Hotel on Friday July 25 at 10pm, where he will be joined by a seven-piece band. On the night he will perform songs from his new solo, Cruel & Tender Ways.
With a career including stints in Sugar Candy Mountain, The Texas Kellys, Rocky De Valera & the Gravediggers, plus Shane McGowan’s The Shane Gang, Paul has an established track record as a musician, producer, and composer.
