Some of the brightest stars of hurling are coming together as part of the Centra-sponsored GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship.
On Saturday July 19 at 10am, the event will be travelling to Kenny Park in Athenry with Galway hurling legend Damien Hayes and Clare captain Patrick Donnellan to give young hurlers from the local clubs the chance to learn from some of the best.
The event will also have face painting, a hurling simulator, music, and goodie bags.
To sign up for the event, register instore in a participating Centra store by Friday July 11.
On the day of the event, Centra will be awarding the brightest young hurlers the opportunity to be questioned by their hurling heroes. The child with the best hurling knowledge and the funniest, quirkiest answers, will be crowned Centra’s Brightest Young Hurling Star of Galway, and will be in with a chance to win a trip to the All-Ireland Hurling Final.
