HENRI MATISSE is one of the key figures in 20th century art, and his Cut-Outs, which he began in the late 1930s, are among his best loved works.
Those works are now the subject of Henri Matisse: The Cut-Outs exhibition at Tate Modern in London. Galwegians will be able to tour the exhibition through Matisse Live, a live cinema event produced by the Tate Modern London, which will be broadcast live via satellite to The Eye Cinema on Tuesday June 3 at 7.15pm.
The broadcast will be presented by Tate director Nicholas Serota and broadcaster Francine Stock, and feature interviews with experts, friends of the artist, and rare archive footage of Matisse at work.
