Galway clubs were on the podium at the weekend’s Dublin Metropolitan Regatta at Blessington Lake.
St Joseph's (Bish ) secured a great win in the J18 eights - a timely result as they prepare for the National Rowing Championships in July 2014.
The NUIG/Gráinne Mhaol crew also took gold in the senior eights. The crew is currently in training to compete in the London Metropolitan Regatta at the end of the month.
