Glenlo Abbey Hotel was the chosen setting for a gourmet dinner for the visiting wine exporter of the famous Antinori wine family.
The special evening for Filippo Pulisci was held in the hotel’s Abbey Suite where a seven-course gourmet taster menu of some of the hotel's award- winningdisheswere matched with some of the Antinori family's finest wines,including Cervaro dellaSala andtheir lauded Marchesi Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva.
“We were honoured to be chosen to host this event and delighted to be able to work so closely with our friends at the Findlater Wine & Spirit group,” said Eveanna Ryan, director of sales for the hotel.
“This is definitely a tradition will continue here at the Glenlo Abbey Hotel.”
