Tumbling Bones - on tour in Galway

AMERICAN FOLK/ROOTS trio Tumbling Bones are promoting their debut album Loving A Fool with an Irish tour, including two County Galway dates.

Loving A Fool is out now and the band - Pete Winne (guitar/foot percussion ), Jake Hoffman (banjo/upright bass ), and Kyle Morgan (songwriter/guitarist ) - will play the Áras Eanna Arts Centre, Inis Oírr, Aran Islands, this Saturday at 8.30pm. They also play The Crane Bar, Sea Road, on Tuesday April 29 at 9.30pm. Pete might also add some Appalachian clog dancing into the live shows.

The band also enjoy critical acclaim. New York Music said of them: “What they do isn’t museum music. It’s fun old-time string band stuff by guys whose passion for it is obviously more than a passing fad. The trio’s arrangements are original, the energy is unselfconsciously high.”

Loving A Fool is available from tumblingbones.bandcamp.com

Tickets for the Inis Oírr show are available through www.araseanna.ie and for The Crane through thecranebar.com and at the door.
