New Spanish classes starting soon at the Spanish Institute

The spring term at The Spanish Institute starts on April 29 and will offer a variety of Spanish classes for beginner, improver, intermediate, and advanced levels.

There are also courses available to children and teenagersincluding specialised courses for Junior and Leaving Certificate Spanish. The new schedule of classes is available on The Spanish Institute’s Facebook page and will be featured on the new website, which will be launched later this week. All of the courses offered at The Spanish Institute are designed to be fun and interactive and use state-of- the-art teaching equipment as well as qualified, native, Spanish teachers.

Previously known as The Language Institute, the newly developed Spanish Institute will incorporate the school’s seven years of experience in teaching languages and focus on becoming the centre of the Spanish language and Hispanic culture in Galway. Along with language courses, The Spanish Institute plans to offer a variety of Hispanic cultural events and activities. It is currently sponsoring a production of La Casa de Bernarda Alba by famous Spanish playwright Federico García Lorca at the Town Hall Theatre. The playopenstoday (Thursday ) and will feature many of the school’s Spanishteachersin starring roles.
