Connacht will kick off their European Challenge Cup campaign with a visit to France on October 10.
Connacht will meet newly promoted French side Dax in the south of France in the opening European encounter before hosting what is regarded as the biggest clash of the the pool, London Irish, the following week.
The tie is expected to sell out well in advance, and Connacht's commercial manager Fiona Keys is encouraging supporters to buy their tickets early.
"It has always been an attractive fixture, having London Irish play at the Sportsground and we're delighted to be hosting them year in the European Challenge Cup," she said. "Having said that, demand for tickets is going to be huge and I would encourage all supporters wanting to be at the game to buy their ticket well in advance".
In rounds three and four this year Connacht will be facing Rugby Rovigo in consecutive weeks in December, making the trip to Italy for a Saturday afternoon kick off on December 6, before the return fixture at the Sportsground the following Friday.
The two remaining fixtures against Dax at the Sportsground and London Irish at the Madjeski Stadium in Reading will take place in January.
All group games of the European Challenge Cup are included in the season ticket price this year, as part of a 17 home match package.
Connacht’s pre-season campaign kicks off next week with a challenge against visitors Leeds on Friday evening.
