Following the success of its February auctions, DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard has announced details of its upcoming Easter auctions. Thursday April 17 will see the leading agent bring a total of eight lots to the auction floor in the second of its 2014 series of auctions.

“We were delighted with our opening auctions this year, with nine out of the 11 lots selling,” said Fergal Leonard MIPAV. “There is a real appetite for value and we see this in both the auction and private treaty markets. Our Easter auction features a great mix of properties, which again, we expect to prove very popular on the auction floor.”
