“THE DEAD Heavys deal a psychedelic-tinged guitar-pop that could easily grab a whole stadium full of post-Oasis fans as well as the charts.”
So said journalist John Robb, of the Louder Than War blog of the Waterford band who play the Róisín Dubh on Wednesday March 26 at 9pm.
The band just released their new single ‘The New Age Of Innocence’, produced by Jagz Kooner, who has also worked with Kasabian and Primal Scream. As well as gigging throughout Ireland, The Dead Heavys are being championed in Britain by The Enemy’s Tom Clarke, Reverend & The Makers’ John McClure, and XFM’s Eddy Temple Morris.
