French, German and English speakers needed for gaming giant in Galway

Kelly Services, the leading workforce solutions provider, has this week announced that it is currently recruiting for a further 200 positions on behalf of leading gaming giant, ZeniMax, who have recently established their European operations in Galway.

As the creator of a series of popular games including The Elder Scrolls series, ZeniMax is looking for high quality employees to become Gaming Agents, working in a state-of-the-art customer service centre to support the launch of The Elder Scrolls Online, their first Massive Multiplayer Online game.

Prospective candidates need to be able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by players via in-game chat and email. Kelly is looking for 70 French linguists and 30 German language experts for these roles, as well as up to 150 English speakers.

Understanding the game is an important part of delivering service excellence to ZeniMax customers, so it would be an advantage if potential candidates have a passion for gaming. Successful applicants will have a positive, helpful attitude, and be prepared to maintain strong customer relationships.

Jason Palmer, Director, Managed Services, Kelly UK & Ireland comments said that having already recruited over 180 people on behalf of ZeniMax, they are now working hard to recruit a further 200+ additional candidates for these customer service roles.

“We are looking for a range of individuals with language skills, who are creative, have good time management skills and work well with other people. If you’re a gaming fanatic and you meet the criteria then apply online. This could be your dream job!”

Boyd Beasley, Director, Customer Support at ZeniMax said that the company has been impressed with Kelly’s willingness to partner with ZeniMax to develop creative ways to staff the team with the qualified candidates we need.”

Kelly first started working with ZeniMax in 2013 under a multi-million euro contract to source temporary support staff for their customer service centre. This latest project represents a further strengthening of Kelly’s position in Ireland, where they successfully operate a portfolio of managed service programmes, helping companies source high volumes of workers, and candidates to secure a range of positions.

To apply or find out more, candidates should email their contact details, ideally with a CV, to [email protected].
