LIVERPOOL-GALWAY punk band Vamos will storm the stage of Kelly’s Bar, Bridge Street tomorrow, headlining a bill featuring six bands.
Following the release of the band’s second album in December, Vamos have won praise and airplay from Dave Fanning (2FM ) and Paul McLoone (Today FM ). Expect fast, fun, and catchy pop-punk.
Also on the bill are Sheepy, whose debut album and two minute songs have been played on BBC Radio 6 and XFM London; Scottish band Uniforms, who have been described as “The Proclaimers on a drinking session with Rancid”; rock’n’rollers Dead Horse Jive; the folk-pop and country blues of The Followers of Otis; and the Acoustic Blues of The Bloody Quills.
