EDWIN CONGREAVE, the keyboardist with leading English indie-rock band Foals will be in Galway this weekend, DJing at the Electric Garden and Theatre.
Edwin will be DJing at the Deep Shit party night on Sunday, where he will be joined by on the decks by Jack Savidge of fellow indie band Friendly Fires. Deep Shit is their “combined descent into a dark realm governed entirely by dancefloor values”.
Meanwhile in Factory, Dublin DJs Arveene and Johnny Moy (as Friends & Family ) will also be joining forces on Sunday. Arveene has played some of most respected festivals across the world and Johnny has been DJing for more than 20 years.
Also on Sunday, one of Galway’s best loved clubnights, Gigantic, returns, with DJs Olive Byrne, Tom Fitz, and Mac spinning indie, electro, and house. Doors 11pm.
Sirkus Sirkuz, formed by ex-Japanese Popstars member Decky Hedrock, will be in Factory this Saturday and they have a reputation as a ‘must see’ live act.
