ANDREW MAXWELL, one of Ireland’s leading comedians and a double Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee, comes to the Róisín Dubh this Saturday.
Andrew will perform his new show Banana Kingdom, which promises to be packed with fearlessly intelligent topical observations, delivered in his animated and inclusive style. Banana Kingdom has already enjoyed a sell-out run in one of the Edinburgh Fringe’s biggest venues (playing to more than 10,000 people ) and a hit run in London’s Soho Theatre.
The Independent has called Maxwell “one of the most significant comedians working in the country today”, while The Times described his new show as “fiercely funny and utterly invigorating”.
