GALWAY ROCK duo Keagan & Evan Forde will represent Galway in the Irish Youth Music Awards final in the Aviva Stadium on April 12.
The IYMA Galway heat took place last weekend in the Nuns Island Theatre with Jam, Luke & Jake Morgan, Blu Loves Milo, Tallann Maguire, MuirSinÉ, Keagan & Evan Forde, and Conor Broderick taking part.
“We are delighted to be chosen to represent Galway at the IYMA’s in April,” said Evan Forde. “We are now calling on Galway to make suggestions on a possible ‘Band Name’.”
A mini record company team was formed from all the participants on the night to support Keagan and Evan’s finals preparations. Their work will be showcased at a gig before the final. The team roles will be building a Facebook presence, stage team, photographer, image, roadies, and travelling with Keagan and Evan Forde to the final.
