This year’s annual Galway County Show will return to the Galway Racecourse.
Taking place on June 14 and 15, the Galway County Show was last held in Ballybrit in 1977.
Show chairman Paul Duffy says the facilities at the Galway Racecourse are “second to none”.
“We thank John Maloney and the Galway Racecourse committee for providing the facilities at Galway Racecourse. The show committee has a number of new initiatives planned and the show will be a real family event.”
The Galway County Show has been held in recent years in the grounds of the Brothers of Charity, Kilcornan, Clarenbridge.
