Upskill with SAGE Line 50 award

In recent times many businesses are relying on debt and credit control to maintain cash flow in their businesses. A working knowledge of a computerised accounts system such as Sage will prove beneficial in achieving this task and will also transfer as an employable skill.

This programme will prove a progressive course of study for employers, managers, administrators, and learners who simply wish to advance their personal development.

The next course will run over four days, commencing February 19, in Galway. The course will explore the workings of Sage software to produce a full set of accounts, VAT returns, and debtors and creditors controls. This is achieved through working with case studies and using source documents to resemble a real business. Year end procedures and statutory requirements for filing with the Revenue Commissioners will also be examined.

One hundred per cent funding may be available to eligible jobseekers, and 30 per cent funding is also available to those in employment or self employed.
