If you want to find and keep your motivation in 2014, this seminar is for you! Nowadays, many of us work from home. We may be in business, setting up a business or looking for employment – whatever the situation, we face similar issues. Have you ever found yourself sharpening pencils or checking social media instead of tackling an important task?

Whether you currently work from home, are considering it as an option, or just want to find and keep motivation, you will learn a variety of tools and techniques to keep you on track.

At WIN tomorrow Friday January 31, Linda Ford, from Sallisford Coaching will be delivering a workshop using her signature FIVE STAGE FOCUS SYSTEM ©. This system is based on the principles of focus, perspective, motivation and confidence and is aimed at people who want to make a real and lasting change.

Linda Ford said ‘This is an ideal opportunity to make a fresh start and achieve our goals in 2014 and beyond. It is often easier to find motivation than to keep it, so these hints and tips will help keep you on track”.

Ford is an experienced and qualified Personal Performance Coach and Trainer who has a background in helping small businesses and individuals to achieve their aims. She has developed the FIVE STAGE FOCUS SYSTEM © based on her extensive experience working with people who want to take control over their future. She coaches people from a wide range of backgrounds, including small business owners, executives, students and people facing redundancy. More information about the FIVE STAGE FOCUS SYSTEM © can be found at www.sallisfordcoaching.com We welcome you to come along to our WIN sessions which we hold on a bi-weekly basis at the boardroom of Enterprise Ireland in Mervue from 10.00am to 12.30pm. Please check our website for full details and for directions: westofirelandnetworking.com Our sessions are broken down into two parts. The first part consists of the Elevator Pitch where everyone gives a 2 minute synopsis of who they are, what their hard and soft skills are, and what they would like from WIN. So just prepare a few lines about yourself in advance of the session. The second part comprises a relevant workshop or training session.
