THE RECESSION is set to bite badly in the New Year but you can still start 2009 off with a good laugh in the company of one of Ireland’s best loved comedians - Brendan Grace.
Brendan will play The Royal Castlebar Theatre on Thursday January 1, the Salthill Hotel on Sunday January 4, and the Shannon Oaks Portumna on Friday February 13.
Brendan has just released his new DVD and CD, Funnyman, which sees the much loved comic on-stage delivering his unique brand of hilarious stories through his many memorable characters.
His material owes more to the best of the traditional stand-up-comics than it does to modern alternative humour and his show is very much a show for all the family.
