A table quiz will take place in Tom Sheridan's pub, Knocknacarra on Thursday next, January 23, in support of eight-year old Grace Kenneally from Tirellan Heights who is battling cancer for the third time.
Grace has been diagnosed with aggressive childhood neuroblastoma and recently successfully had surgery to prevent the cancer spreading to her neck.
Surgeons have been unable to operate on Grace's main tumour as it is to close to her major blood vessels. A support group called Cairde Grace has been set up and they are organizing the Table Quiz as one of many fund rasing events that are being organized.
All are invited to come along and support this very worthy cause for a very brave young girl.
