Former president and Cope CEO to address Network Galway's Open Evening

Network Galway’s open evening will take place on Monday next January 13 at 6.30pm at The Harbour Hotel Galway on Merchants Road Lower, Galway.

Network Galway is delighted that long term member, former president of Network Galway and former president of the Galway Chamber of Commerce, Carmel Brennan will be speaking on the night. Jacquie Horan, CEO of COPE Galway, Network Galway’s chosen charity for this year will also be there to talk about the work they do and especially their new project, the creation of a purpose-built women’s refuge on the site of the former Magdalen Laundry at 47 Forster Street.

President of Network Galway 2014, Kerstin Harrington, solicitor of Harrington Solicitors emphasised the importance of networking in general and advised that Network Galway provides an excellent forum for women wishing to meet like-minded business women. The programme of events will be launched on the night.

Network Galway has the potential to help your business grow and all are welcome to the open evening. Refreshments will be served throughout the event, which is open to members and non–members alike.

Network Galway, a branch of Network Ireland, was established in 1988, and is unique in the fact that it is a support and confidence building organisation for women in business, the professions and the arts. Members develop and grow their individual skills through interaction with other women by having access to training, mentoring and specialist expert help as well as valuable support from fellow members.
