A WORKSHOP exploring painting and the healing art of reiki will take place on Saturday January 25 and Sunday 26 with artist Denise Hogan and reiki master Arja Sweeney.
Reiki is a Japanese discipline. Its name comes from the words Rei, meaning universal wisdom and knowledge, and Ki, meaning primal life force energy. Aria Sweeney will introduce participants to Reiki Level 1 and teach how to use this relaxing energy healing; the colours of the chakra (various points in the body ); and their applications within the healing work.
The colours of the chakra, as well as techniques and methods to improve your painting will be taught by Denise Hogan.
