The Galway GAA Annual County Convention will be held tonight, (Thursday ), in the Claregalway Hotel, starting at 7.30pm.
There are six motions down for debate.
St Thomas' have a motion listed that there should be an investment in floodlighting for one pitch in the county to allow for a backlog of championship games to be played in the evening, if necessary.
Another motion calls on the Galway County Committee to draw up a strategic financial plan to help bring the current financial situation under control. That motion also suggests that outside help should be sought if necessary.
A comprehensive report and a set of accounts will also have to be discussed.
