THE SCUM Gentry Guide To Living Foolishly: Essays, Arts & Fiction From The Depths Of Jesuits’ Hell, is the outrageous title of a new book being launched this evening.
This is the debut collection from the Scum Gentry Alternative Arts & Media Group, edited by Ross Breslin, and it will be launched in The Cottage Bar, Salthill, at 8.30pm.
The event will be in the style of a vaudeville show and there will be poetry and prose readings from the Scum Gentry and music from Dan Riley, Captain A and The Commercial Monsters, The Pox Men, and DJ Laurence Vougiouklakis.
Admission is free. There will be book-signings, food, and a raffle. The Scum Gentry Guide To Living Foolishly... will be available online and at a select number of bookshops nationwide. The book is available in Charlie Byrnes Bookshop.
