Galway's JM & L Titans, the only locally-based side still in the men's National Shield competition, take on Blue Demons tomorrow evening in Cappagh Park, Knocknacarra (8pm ).
Titans defeated Maree away from home in the earlier round 70-60, while the division one champions Blue Demons overcame their local rivals Fr Matthews on a similar scoreline.
Titans are currently in third position in the National League, while Demons are in sixth, so home advantage will be a key feature for Titans. They will look for more big performances from shooting guards Chris McInerney, Kevin Horton and Chris Coyne, Toms Fabricious and Tomas Mitkus, but the experienced duo of Glenn Hynes and Paulius Pelzius will lbe expected to lead the side and set the pace for this quarter-final fixture.
Last weekend the men's u- 20s travelled to the home of Fr Matthews and secured a great win on the road by 80-67.
