ADAPT GALWAY, the coalition of visual arts organisations, is currently seeking proposals for contemporary visual art projects to take place in March 2014.
Adapt is offering the use of The Shed, the 4,000sq ft industrial warehouse located on the middle pier at Galway City Harbour, owned and managed by Galway Harbour Company, for one month.
Terms of use will include install and uninstall, assistance with marketing/PR, invigilation as well as local knowledge. Adapt cannot offer any monetary assistance towards the project.
Proposals are invited from individual artists or groups in any medium and can be for the presentation of existing works or production of new projects. Work should not have been previously shown in Galway.
Send your proposal via email only to [email protected] by 5pm on Friday December 20. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
