On Wednesday December 4, The Stock Exchange Bar will hold a fashion extravaganza ‘Style in the City’ in association with Cotton Face Vintage and Bec Boop Fashionista World. This event will raise money for both Jigsaw Galway and Western Alzheimers.
The night will begin with fashion stalls at 5.30 pm, which will include numerous local boutiques selling clothing and accessories, Peter Mark hair consultations and retro glam makeovers by makeup artist Suzanne Dolan. Good bags will be handed out to the first 50 women attending the event, so be sure to get in early.
The fashion show is set to begin at 7pm showcasing clothing from local fashion boutiques, including Cotton Face Vintage, Born Clothing, Pia Boutique and Public Romance, to name just a few. ‘Style in the City’ has been widely supported, with both local companies and widely recognized brands sponsoring goodie bags, hampers and vouchers. To add an extra factor of entertainment, there will be a special guest performance on the night.
There will be an admission fee of €5 for adults, and €4 for students at the door on the night. All of the money raised will be divided between Jigsaw Galway and Western Alzheimers. Follow the event page on Facebook to keep updated, and to have a chance of winning a goody bag of Georgio Armani products.
