MONROE’S LIVE will host its Hallowe’en fancy-dress fright-fest party tonight from 10pm and there will be prizes for the best fancy dress costumes.

New York-based Irish singer-songwriter John Munnelly will open the night. The Cavan man was recently commended by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers for his song ‘The Unemployment Blues’.

He will be followed by The Wave who perform songs by classic rock bands from Thin Lizzy to The Killers.

Admission is €10, payable on the door with entry free to Monroe’s Live members.
