DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard set to continue auction success

Following on from the much publicised success of the first of their series of autumn auctions, Galway’s citys leading property firm DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard have now launched its November auctions with large turnouts already at open viewings.

Hoping to keep the exceptional success rate going, the agents are bringing eight lots to the market on November 8 in the Radisson Hotel. As usual, they are offering their usual mix of properties, with something to suit potential buyers from all sectors of the residential market. Director Fergal Leonard believes that the rapid growth of DNG’s auction business is down to its ability to handle all types of sales and its ability to market properties through the countries biggest estate agency group.

“We have always had a strong presence in the west of Ireland property market, but since we joined with the DNG Group six month ago, we have moved to a whole new level. This is clearly evident with our auctions, where we have had huge success and are now widely recognised as the agents who can handle all types of sales. Being part of Irelands largest estate agency group means we can offer our properties to a huge database of buyers, which is what any seller really wants when going to the market”.

He goes on to add, “We have recently our auctions to the Radisson Hotel to cater for the increasingly large numbers coming to our events, and while this is partially due to the recent positivity in the Galway property market, its is also down to the service and professionalism that our auction team provides to our clients. And although the venue is much bigger, we still limit our lot numbers to ensure that each property gets the attention it deserves and does not just become a number in the running order”.

The city based agency have been pioneers when it comes to embracing technology and were the first in the west of Ireland to offer a live webcast of their auctions and with each event they are bringing the experience to greater heights. Over 1,200 viewers watched their September auction, from all over the globe, and their November live broadcast promises to be just as engaging.
