ARTSPACE STUDIOS will open Resonance, a collaborative exhibition, featuring visual artists, graduates, academics, writers, and community groups, as part of Culture Night.
The exhibition opens tomorrow at 6pm in The Shed, Centre Pier, Galway City Harbour, and the work on show explores collaboration as a process and a methodology. The guest speakers at the launch will be Dr Aine Phillips, facilitator, and Katherine Athkinson from Create.
Collaborating groups include: Monica Collins and Danika Casey, John Dowling and Nial Murphy, Kathleen Furey, Mary Clancy, Colette NicAodha and Dr Caitriona Clear, Ben Geoghegan and Marielle McCleman, Marie Hannon and Ramona Burke, Robin Jones and Sarah Farrell, Louise Manifold and Kevin Barry, Anne O’Byrne, Elodie Rein and Anthony McGrath, Catherine O’Leanachain and Marja Van Kampen, Mary Ryan and Brendan Flynn.
Artspace artists will give a talk in The Shed on Sunday October 6 from 2pm to 6pm. Resonance runs until October 6.
