DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard launches the first of its autumn auctions

Following the success of its July auctions, leading property firm DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard has launched the first of its autumn auction series with open viewings, which began last weekend.

With a view to keeping the company’s exceptional success rate going, the agent is bringing eight lots to the market in the September 27 auction and is offering the usual eclectic mix of properties, with something to suit all potential buyers.

According to director Fergal Leonard MIPAV MCEI the auction team’s ability to handle all types of property sales coupled with a limit on the number of lots brought to each auction, are factors when it comes to getting the top results they have been achieving on the auction floor. “Our format ensures that we have a hands-on approach to the needs of each property that we bring to the auction floor and we treat each lot the same, be it a one bedroom apartment or a high yield commercial property,” he said. “For this September auction, we have a perfect mix of investment properties and owner occupier type properties, with something to suit both ends of the spectrum. Our open viewings last Saturday and Wednesday were busy, with many of the viewers seeing the value we have on offer. If a property is priced fairly the market will respond favourably and our success in recent years proves that.”
