CREATIVE WRITING classes for beginner and continuing creative writing students will take place in the Galway Arts Centre, Dominick Street, in September.
The class, hosted by Susan Millar DuMars, is suitable for those working in poetry or fiction. It takes place on Mondays from 2pm to 3.30pm, starting Monday September 23. It runs for 10 weeks.
Students will spend their weeks responding to writing exercises designed to inspire, rather than inhibit, and receive feedback from their classmates and teacher.
Susan Millar DuMars has authored three collections of poetry, all published by Salmon Poetry. Her collection of stories, Lights In The Distance, was published by Doire Press.
