Did you know the skin is made up of more than 80 per cent water, and your body loses up to half a litre of water every day?
External factors such as stress, pollution, air conditioning, and climate variations can cause dehydration by accelerating water evaporation from the skin's surface.
Internal factors can also contribute to dehydrated skin, hormonal changes or lifestyle such as poor diet, lack of sleep, and using unsuitable skincare products.
