Power and Associates, chartered surveyors, valuers and estate agents, has recently concluded a commercial letting at No 2 Flood Street, Galway.
The new tenant, iSupply, relocated from its old premises at Druid Lane to Flood Street last week and is now open for business at No 2 Flood Street. This recent move follows iSupply’s expansion last year at its production hub in the Glenrock Business Park where the company doubled the size of its premises to 12,000 square feet.
“Well located retail premises with realistic quoting rents are renting well in the city centre, and although the length of leases being agreed are shorter nowadays the demand seems to be good,” said George Brady of Power and Associates. “We receive a lot of calls at the office on a weekly basis for retail and restaurant premises in the city centre. We are also aware of a number of good covenant retailers that are not currently operating in Galway seeking retail premises in the city centre.”
