A series of Galway landmarks, both permanent, such as the Town Hall Theatre, and seasonal, like the Festival Big Top, are captured in a new exhibitions by Gala Tomasso.
Gala’s illustrations can be seen in Little Big Maps, which opened this week in the Town Hall Theatre Bar and runs until August 20. The exhibition focuses on Quay Street, the Big Top, and the theatre spaces around the city.
Gala has exhibited extensively in Ireland. Her work can be seen in Ard Bia at Nimmo’s. She also has print work available for purchase in the Wooden Heart, Quay Street (www.woodenheart.ie/gala-loves ).
