Armagh start same team for Saturday's clash with Galway

After two very comprehensive wins in the first two rounds of the qualifiers, it is no surprise that Armagh manager Paul Grimley has stuck with the same 15 players to face Galway this Saturday in round three at Pearse Stadium (5pm ).

In round one Armagh beat Wicklow by 2-21 to 0-2, and then last weekend they hammered a disappointing Leitrim outfit by 8-13 to 0-10 at Carrick-on-Shannon.

Having scored a whopping 10-34, and only conceded 0-12 in two games, they will travel south with a good degree of confidence and self belief.

The Orchard County were knocked out of the Ulster championship in the first round after being beaten by 1-15 to 1-11 by Cavan.

The county last won the Ulster title in 2008 when they defeated Fermanagh after a replay.

Armagh: P McEvoy, P McKeown, B Donaghy, J Morgan, A Kernan, C McKeever, M Shields, J Lavery, S Harold, C Rafferty, K Dyas, E Rafferty; J Clarke, T Kernan, E McVerry.
