Win a Mini in Cancer Care West raffle

The west of Ireland cancer charity Cancer Care West isoffering you the chance to win a 1982 vintage Mini Cooper Car, an original Rick Lewis painting and many more fantastic prizes for only €5.

Richard Flaherty, Cancer Care West CEO, expressed his gratitude for all the fundraising efforts carried out by local communities and individuals and said he is grateful for the generosity of the companies which donated prizes for the raffle because as a not-for-profit organisation, Cancer Care West relies on the generosity of others.

One lucky winner will drive away in the vintage Mini Cooper car when it is raffled later in the year, and there is a rare opportunity to own an original Rick Lewis painting, this renowned artist has many people around the world collecting his works.

Rick was commissioned to create several works of art as state gifts for many distinguished world leaders such as President George Bush, President Hillery and the King of Malaysia. Other prizes include Tesco vouchers, a television, mini breaks in Harvey’s Point and the McWilliam Park Hotel, and pamper hampers from skincare company Seavite.

The raffle tickets will be on sale from the Cancer Care West residential facility Inis Aoibhinn and from their Support Centre on Seamus Quirke Road. Cancer Care West provides support to cancer patients and their families from all over the West of Ireland including counties Clare, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Limerick , Mayo, North Tipperary, Roscommon and Sligo.

All of Cancer Care West’s services are provided at no cost to patients and their families and CCW relies heavily on charitable fundraising and donations to meet the cost of these services.
