Quiz afficionados will flock to the Clayton Hotel tomorrow night (Friday )June 14 ) when Carnmore national school hosts the hugely popular show Who Wants To Be A Thousandaire to raise funds for the school and for Cancer Care West.
The progressive school has joined forces with the charity for this fundraiser event which will see Galway Bay fm’s Ollie Turner take up the Chris Tarrant quizmaster role.
"Cancer Care West is a charity very close to our hearts here in the school," said John Reilly, school principal.
“We are delighted to be able to help to raise money for this very worthy cause. “Without them this event would not be possible. The school would also like to thank the many advertisers who are supporting the event,” he added.
Everyone is welcome, it will be a great night's entertainment with Galway Bay FM's Ollie Turner as quizmaster. A limited number of tickets will be available on the door tomorrow night.
