THE SEANCHAÍ Brendan Nolan will tell tales in Eileen’s Pub, Ballymoe, north Galway on Friday June 28 at 8pm.
Brendan’s stories come from across Ireland, Britain, Spain, and Belgium, and his storytelling session is part of a series of cultural events being held in the town.
On Saturday 29 at 5.30pm, the Fr Flanagan Memorial Centre will hold a creative writing master-class with poet and director of Western Writers Centre Fred Johnston. Booking in advance is necessary for the master-class as it is limited to 20 participants.
The children’s village in Ballymoe will host creative writing for under 12s on the Saturday at 10.30am and storytime for those under six on Sunday at 5pm.
