Brendan Loughnane is very experienced in the meat business, and comes from a family with a long tradition in the industry.
The meat is hung for 21 days to make it more tender and tasty.
The shop has weekly offers which include 10 chicken fillets for €9.99, 2lb stirfry for €6.99, and three sirloin steaks for €10. The shop now also offers barbecue packs for €10.
